DEMAND LETTER

The employer/Principal must issue an official Demand Letter in favour of ZAG HR Solutions, New Delhi, specifying the following:

  • Required job categories and detailed job descriptions
  • Total number of professionals needed for each category
  • Salary structure and additional financial benefits
  • Contract duration or terms for permanent employment
  • Facilities offered: accommodation, food allowance, medical insurance
  • Transportation, joining ticket, and final exit ticket details

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE - DOCUMENTATION

The employer and ZAG HR Solutions must sign a formal Recruitment Agreement outlining the terms and conditions for the supply of manpower. This agreement ensures clarity regarding responsibilities, candidate timelines, service scope, and compliance with international recruitment standards.
